Terms of Sale, Cancellation, Returns, Warranty & Import Duties

• Currency: All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Pound Sterling (£).
• Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellation requests.

• Returns and Warranty: We do not accept returns unless the product is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly. We provide a two-year warranty on Al-Fajr clocks and watches against manufacturing defects.

  Please note that the warranty does not cover any damage or faults resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or any other use of the product outside its intended purpose.

• Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including the original packaging and accessories where applicable.

  Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will arrange a replacement with the correct item, subject to availability. If the correct item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

• Import Duties and Taxes: For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, the customer is responsible for any import duties, customs charges, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Al-Fajr is not responsible for these charges, and they are not included in the product or shipping price unless expressly stated otherwise.
